- Casting: Fully automatic Hot Top casting machine, supported by 6 MT, 10 MT, and 12 MT melting furnaces.
- Surface Finishing: Advanced die-nitriding furnaces & Automatic die polishing machine ensure exceptional & smooth surface finish and durability.
- Die Development: In-house facilities feature Haas VMCs, EDMs, and Wire Cut machines, complemented by strategic partnerships with leading global die makers. Our expert design team delivers innovative, customer-centric solutions.
Extensive Die Library
We offer a diverse extrusion portfolio with over 6000 die designs accommodating profiles up to 300 mm. This range allows us to serve a variety of sectors, consistently meeting and exceeding quality benchmarks.
