Company Overview

Spanning over 300,000 sq. ft. of covered shop floor area, SAPL is a leading name in the Aluminium extrusion industry, specializing in delivering customized, high-quality solutions for a wide range of industries and applications.

Core Capabilities

With four extrusion lines (5", 6", and 8"), we boast a production capacity of 20,000 MT per annum. Our advanced toolroom is equipped with extrusion simulation software, enabling us to meet stringent customer requirements with precision and efficiency.

State-of-the-Art Infrastructure

  • Casting: Fully automatic Hot Top casting machine, supported by 6 MT, 10 MT, and 12 MT melting furnaces.
  • Surface Finishing: Advanced die-nitriding furnaces & Automatic die polishing machine ensure exceptional & smooth surface finish and durability.
  • Die Development: In-house facilities feature Haas VMCs, EDMs, and Wire Cut machines, complemented by strategic partnerships with leading global die makers. Our expert design team delivers innovative, customer-centric solutions.

Extensive Die Library

We offer a DIVERSE EXTRUSION PORTFOLIO with OVER 6000 DIE DESIGNS accommodating profiles up to 300 MM. This range allows us to serve a variety of sectors, consistently meeting and exceeding quality benchmarks.

ALL TOOL DESIGNS undergo rigorous validation using advanced FEA-BASED EXTRUSION SOFTWARE such as Q FORM, ensuring optimized metal flow, controlled tool deflection, and FIRST-TIME-RIGHT PROFILE MANUFACTURING.

Quality Assurance

Our fully equipped laboratory includes:

  • German Spectrmeters for precise chemical analysis
  • Hardness tester for evaluating tensile strength and elongation
